Ingredients

Phyllo or pie dough (optional)
1 12oz bottle vegan eggs
2 Field Roast Smoked Apple Sage Sausages
⅓ cup walnuts, toasted and roughly chopped
⅓ cup celery, sliced thin
⅓ cup yellow onion, diced small
⅓ cup red pepper, diced
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dried thyme (or 1 tablespoon fresh)
½ teaspoon dried sage
1 cup shredded vegan cheese
